To protect the hides and skins, the necessary amount of Rockaltal F should be added in 2 or 3 portions. After the required degree for deliming, bating can follow in the same float.
RECIPE:
1.0-1.5% (Pelt wt.) Cow
0.5-1.0% (Pelt wt.) Sheep
1.0-1.5% (Pelt wt.) Goat
After liming and fleshing 300% Water 25°C 15 min drain 300% Water 30°C 15 min drain 100% Water 30°C 0.1% Rockol 642 0.5% Rockaltal F 30 min +50% Water 40°C X% Rockaltal F 30-60 min Bating and usual processes.
Containers should be well sealed to prevent water evaporation and skin forming. The product must be stored between 5-25°C. Freezing and direct sun light must be avoided.
